Lawyer 'disappointed' by manslaughter verdict in Vader case
A judge has downgraded Travis Vader's murder verdict to manslaughter, after he used a section of the Criminal Code declared unconstitutional in 1990. Defence lawyer Nathan Whitling says the judge should have declared a mistrial.
