Family of slain peace officer says NCR ruling hinders healing
A judge has ruled that an Alberta man who killed a peace officer in 2012 is not criminally responsible for Rod Lazenby's death. Lazenby's family says the ruling in Trevor Kloschinsky's case means they can't "move on."
