Former Conservative cabinet minister Peter MacKay was back in his old riding Thursday, campaigning alongside party leader Andrew Scheer. With just days left before Canadians head to the polls, MacKay sought to quash persistent rumours that if Scheer fails to produce a Conservative victory in Monday's vote, MacKay -- long seen as a potential party leader -- might try to replace him.
