Prime Minister Justin Trudeau defended Canada's defence spending as Polish counterpart Donald Tusk is urging the rest of the West to confront the very real dangers now posed by Vladimir Putin's Russia. Trudeau joined Tusk for a joint news conference in Warsaw on his way back from visiting Ukraine on the anniversary of Russia’s brutal invasion.
