Newsroom Ready: Kenneth Law facing 14 charges of 2nd-degree murder in addition to previous charges
York Regional Police police say Kenneth Law has been charged with 14 counts of second-degree murder in addition to his previous 14 charges of counselling and aiding suicide. Law is accused of sending lethal substances to people who later took their own lives. Speaking at a news conference, Insp. Simon James says all charges against the Mississauga, Ont., man relate to the same 14 victims in the province. Law’s lawyer says his client will be pleading not guilty to all charges. (Dec. 12, 2023)
