Jewish community leaders address antisemitism in Montreal
Yair Szlak, president and CEO of the advocacy organization Federation CJA, and Eta Yudin, Quebec vice-president of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, address reporters after Montreal police say two Jewish schools were hit overnight by gunshots. Szlak and Yudin drew a direct line between what they say has been antisemitic language at local demonstrations linked to the Israel-Hamas war and recent acts targeting the Jewish community.
