Newsroom Ready: RCMP release progress report on their response to inquiry into 2020 mass shooting
The RCMP released a strategy that they say will ensure “meaningful change” results from their response to the public inquiry into the 2020 mass shooting in Nova Scotia. RCMP Commissioner Mike Duheme says the national police force is aware that its previous responses to other reviews have “not always been fulsome” or transparent. This time, things will be different, he says. (March 27, 2024)
