The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, held bilateral talks Friday with the CEO of Rosatom Alexey Likhachev in Russia's Kaliningrad to discuss nuclear security. The meeting took place following Grossi’s latest trips to the Kursk and Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plants and his talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
