Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the government's approach to the Ukrainian refugee crisis was built upon its earlier experience bringing in refugees from Syria. Earlier, Immigration Minister Sean Fraser announced the government will provide fast-tracked visas for an unlimited number of Ukrainians who wish to come to Canada to work and then return home when it is safe.
