Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller says Canadians expect federal and provincial officials to come up with answers and solutions to the systemic racism Indigenous people face in the health-care system. Miller is taking part in the two-day meeting spurred by the death of Joyce Echaquan in a Quebec hospital in September.
