B.C. drivers to get COVID-19 rebate cheques
Premier John Horgan says B.C. drivers will soon receive vehicle insurance rebate cheques that average $25 to $400 due to fewer accidents and claims during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. He says the Crown-owned Insurance Corporation of B.C. has accumulated about $600 million in net savings and will start to pass that money on to policy holders next month.
