After making a funding announcement Friday at BlackBerry, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau faced a fresh round of questions on the SNC-Lavalin controversy dogging his government. Trudeau said that while his government is eager to protect jobs in Canada, it respected judicial independence and the rule of law on the SNC-Lavalin matter.
