Trudeau on Quebec secularism bill and carbon tax in New Brunswick

The bill tabled Thursday would ban the wearing of religious symbols for many public sector employees. During a stop in St. Stephen, Trudeau also slammed New Brunswick for its opposition to the federal carbon levy.
