All of Quebec to be out of highest pandemic alert level by Monday
Quebec Premier François Legault says all Quebec regions currently at the province's highest pandemic alert level, including the cities of Montreal and Laval, will move to a lower restriction level on Monday. Six other regions and part of a seventh already at lower alert levels will also see restrictions loosened on Monday.
