In an emotional farewell speech to the House of Commons, NDP MP Mumilaaq Qaqqaq, who isn't running again, says she has never felt safe in Parliament and has faced racial profiling by security. She says the institution has been built on the backs, trauma and displacement of Indigenous people and "people like (her)" don't belong there.
