Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic LeBlanc says the federal government is working with the provinces on a plan for providing proof of vaccination for international travel. He also says the federal government will soon have more to say on a phased approach for reopening the U.S.-Canada border, as the current order is in place until June 21.
