Procurement Minister Anita Anand says the massive restoration of Parliament's Centre Block will cost between $4.5 billion and $5 billion and continue until at least 2030. She says renovating the traditional seat of the House of Commons and Senate will revive a worn-down symbol of Canadian democracy.
