'Things need to change’: Colten Boushie's family respond to RCMP watchdog's report
The Mounties' Civilian Review and Complaints Commission found officers discriminated against Debbie Baptiste, mother of 22-year-old Colten Boushie who was shot and killed on a Saskatchewan farm in August 2016. Baptiste says she felt she was fighting a battle that never could be won and refuses for her grandchildren to live in fear of the RCMP and the justice system.
