COVID-19 restrictions to be relaxed in eight Quebec regions
Pandemic restrictions in eight of the 10 Quebec regions currently at the province’s highest alert level will be relaxed on Monday, with five of those regions moving completely to a lower alert level. The province says it's also planning to accelerate the administration of second doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
