Kenney says sudden end of hydrocarbon energy a 'utopian' notion
Premier Jason Kenney told reporters Monday that the province can't "flick a switch" and end the use of hydrocarbon energy in response to a new UN climate report that renewed questions about Canada's climate plan. UN secretary general Antonio Guterres has said the report "must sound the death knell for coal and fossil fuels."
