Quebec to start testing vaccine passport system
Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé says the province will begin testing a vaccine passport system this week ahead of a Sept. 1 launch. Dubé says the application-based system, which will be used at bars, restaurants and festivals won't gather any data.
