Premier John Horgan says his government will release details next week on reopening the province amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Horgan says British Columbia's guidelines will be different than other provinces, mostly because B.C. didn't lock down its economy and allowed construction, agriculture and other industries to continue operating. Horgan also re-established the provincial state of emergency for another two weeks.
