Trudeau addresses border closure
As Canada and the United States try to contain the spread of COVID-19, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the two countries have agreed to sharply limit crossings of the border between them. Essential trips, such as of trucks hauling goods, will continue but others will be stopped. The measures are indefinite.
