Although the federal and provincial governments are beginning to talk about how Canadian authorities might eventually start loosening the restrictions on work and movement they've imposed to keep COVID-19 from spreading, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says actually doing so is some time off. The federal government is still tightening rules on self-quarantines for people newly returning to Canada.
