Liberals say blockade dispute must be resolved peacefully
The federal Liberals say the RCMP in British Columbia has offered to move its officers to a town away from the area where traditional leaders of the Wet'suwet'en First Nation have been opposing a pipeline project on their territory. The Conservatives want to know when countrywide blockades in support of the Wet'suwet'en will come down, while the NDP urge the prime minister to meet face-to-face with the hereditary chiefs.
