'Learning groups' part of full-time return to school in B.C.
Students in B.C. will resume classes in September as part of "learning groups" of up to 60 people including teachers and staff in elementary school and a maximum of 120 people in high school. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says the province has taken lessons from jurisdictions around the world, has plans in place to deal with any cases of COVID-19 and a return to school is essential for students' emotional and academic well-being.
