Garneau says countries to send ‘strong messages’ to Iran on PS752 probe
Transport Minister Marc Garneau has provided an update on federal efforts to help the families of victims from the Ukraine International Airlines flight PS752 tragedy. Canada is hosting a meeting of countries whose citizens were on the flight, and Garneau says the group will send “strong messages” to Iran about having a thorough investigation. Omar Alghabra, parliamentary secretary to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, says families of the victims are demanding accountability from Iran.
