The Manitoba government says phase two of the province’s reopening can be begin Monday with dine-in restaurants, bars, and gyms as well as pools, community centres, and seniors clubs. Premier Brian Pallister says the changes are being made because Manitoba’s COVID-19 numbers remain low.
