Ontario Premier Doug Ford reintroduced public health restrictions on Friday, saying it was necessary to reduce the spread of the Omicron variant of COVID-19 over the winter holidays. New measures include a limit of 10 people for indoor social gatherings and no more than 50 per cent capacity in restaurants and retailers.
