A former Conservative MP who spent time behind bars for electoral offences is accusing Canada’s elections authority of having a personal vendetta against him. Dean Del Mastro says with voters heading to the polls in a general election a few months from now, an investigation should be launched into how Elections Canada pursued his case in relations to other allegations of electoral misdeeds.
