Transport Minister Marc Garneau explains the government's decision to ban the Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft from Canadian skies, effective immediately and until further notice. An Ethiopian Airlines 737 Max 8 aircraft crashed Sunday minutes after takeoff, killing 157 people on board, including 18 Canadians.
