Goodale avoids responding to Norman-case fallout
Federal cabinet is meeting in Ottawa today, and Chief of the Defence Staff Jonathan Vance and Jody Thomas, the deputy minister of defence, were both summoned to attend, a week after the criminal case against Vice-Admiral Mark Norman was stayed. Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale says he will not comment on the quality of the RCMP investigation in the Norman case.
