Feds working with security authority to fix delays at airports
Transport Minister Omar Alghabra says he is working with the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority to find solutions to long waits at security in the country's major airports. Alghabra says there is a labour shortage and he has asked CATSA if there are ways to streamline the system to reduce delays until more staff can be hired and trained.
