Alberta cutting 11,000 jobs as cost cutting measure
The Alberta government says it will cut up to 11,000 jobs at Alberta Health Services to save money. Health Minister Tyler Shandro says the cuts will not impact nurses and front-line workers during the pandemic, and it will save the province up to $600 million per year.
