Trudeau blasts 'heinous' killing of Canadian in Philippines
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is condemning what he calls the "cold-blooded murder" of one of two Canadians kidnapped by militants in Philippines seven months ago. Trudeau confirmed the victim was 68-year-old John Ridsdel of Calgary.
