Green party parliamentary leader Elizabeth May says she's been arrested by the RCMP while protesting, and treated much better than many Indigenous people are in similar circumstances. She says that difference is the result of numerous decisions in the RCMP's hierarchy that add up to evidence that the RCMP is a racist institution.
