Blood tests for COVID-19 antibodies will probably reveal far more cases of the illness in the Canadian population than we know, Dr. Theresa Tam said Friday. That matters less than making sure the number of people who are severely ill stays low so that hospitals aren't overwhelmed as provinces begin to lift restrictions, she said.
