Government expects $1.9 billion budget surplus for 2015
Finance Minister Joe Oliver says next year's federal budget surplus will be $1.9 billion, $4.5 billion less than projected in February's budget. Oliver says the federal government is predicting a $13.1 billion surplus in 2019-20.
