B.C. Finance Minister Carole James says she’s been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. James says she noticed a slight hand tremor last summer and received the Parkinson’s diagnosis in January. She says she plans to stay on as finance minister as long as she can, but will not seek re-election in 2021.
