B.C. Liberal Leader Andrew Wilkinson says a Liberal government will not bring back medical services plan premiums. Wilkinson flatly rejected suggestions by New Democrat Leader John Horgan at a campaign stop in northwest B.C. that the Liberals are considering a return of the premiums, which were eliminated by the NDP. Green Leader Sonia Furstenau was campaigning Saturday in her Cowichan Valley riding on Vancouver Island.
