B.C. Court affirms ban on assisted suicide
In a split decision, B.C.'s Court of Appeal maintained the ban on assisted suicide. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are appealing that decision, and say they'll try to get their case heard by the Supreme Court of Canada.
